Caramel Chia Puddings


We make this the night before for a decadent breakfast or mid-day snack. Or prep it in the morning for a hands-off, simple dessert to unwind from the day. You can’t go wrong either way! And it lasts for a few days in the fridge – if you can resist sneaking spoonfuls that long. Ingredients. Half a block (50g) of @loving_earth caramel chocolate😋. Plus more to top with. 1 1/2 cups Milk of choice we used coconut. 1/2 cup chia seeds 1/4 cup Caramel Buckinis to top with. Instructions. Make 4 x 1/2 cup serves. - Warm milk over a low heat add the caramel chocolate and continue stirring until it’s all melted! - Remove from heat. Add chia seeds and stir once more to combine. Pour into dish or individual serving dishes. Then cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 3-5 hours (until it's achieved a pudding-like consistency). - To finish top with a square or two of chocolate & a good layer of buckinis! Enjoy! 😍
